Dr.Teal’s Soothe and Sleep Epsom Salts
Taking the top spot on Aideen’s list is the lavender scented Epsom Salts from Dr.Teal’s.
They serve as an ideal opportunity to relax the mind and destress in a hot bath. Lavender essential oils soothe and promote a better night’s sleep, while the pure Epsom salts get to work on tired muscles.

Himalayan Massage Ball by Sunday Rain
Shannon is a Beauty Therapist by trade and is a big fan of Sunday Rain’s Himalayan Salt Massage Ball. This is a great tool for massaging the back, legs, feet or neck and a relaxing way to unwind at the end of a busy day. Shannon’s tip is to pop the massage ball in the fridge to chill for an extra cooling effect.

Oh K! Sheet Masks and Foot Peels
It’s hard to choose a favourite in the Oh K! range but Deneige, our brand manager, has picked her top two. First up is the Watermelon and Citrus Peeling Foot Mask. The pair of little booties are full of Alpha Hydroxy Acids to remove dead skin cells and Watermelon Extract to keep feet hydrated. Give it 4-7 days after treatment to work its magic, the results will speak for themselves!
Next on our list of Oh K! must-haves is the Glowing Vitamin C Sheet Mask. The biodegradable mask is a little bit extra when compared to other sheet masks. It includes a pouch of fresh active Vitamin C in powdered form (to keep it from oxidizing!) Just pour the sachet in to the mask and massage until it dissolves. The mask improves skin hydration and uneven skin tone. Relax for 10-15 mins while the mask does its work.
Miss Patisserie Bath Balls
Nothing says cosy-night-in like soaking in the bath! A staple beside Faye’s bath is a pile of bath bombs to choose from. Miss Patisserie has a range of beautiful bath balls that not only look beautiful in the water, they smell absolutely delicious. Scents such as lychee, vanilla and lavender fill the room and help calm the body and mind. Perfect to round off a busy day before drifting off to sleep.
